We had a wonderful stay at the Youngstown DoubleTree. We were upgraded to a corner suite on the 11th floor and the room was wonderful. It was very clean and comfortable. We really liked the art deco vibe of the building. Everyone in the hotel is friendly and helpful. The parking was right around the corner either in an outdoor or covered lot - very convenient for a downtown hotel. I had a billing issue and one call to the front desk and the staff person I spoke with was on it. We would have liked to stay longer!

I’ve had a couple of stays here. All have been good. My room wasn’t ready when I arrived at 4 PM. They expediently got the room prepared. They moved me to a handicapped room, which I was trying to avoid, but I still technically received my upgraded room that there was supposed to be an additional fee for, which they waived. They delivered the extra towels and linens I requested. One problem is their restaurant, which they don’t own, who I was harassed by with phone calls and a nasty poison pen left outside my door because I didn’t leave an adequate tip due to underwhelming service. The staff and management of the bistro clearly do not have the proper temperament to be in customer service and just added merit with their actions regarding my side of the situation. I stayed in room 907 over the weekend. I paid 400.00 for 1 night. I would give the hotel five stars if it wasn't for a few things. The bed is hard as heck so I didn't sleep well, shower pressure is horrible 😫, and it was a big cut in the shower and the shower wasn't clean. Yes, I'd stay again if they straighten these things out

Check-in staff was friendly and efficient! Our large room was comfortable and well-appointed. Bistro 1907 is a gem! Great decor and excellent food. The manager, Steven was friendly and courteous. Hailey, our server was pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu items. Parking was convenient to the front entrance. Highly recommend!

I was lucky enough to stay at this Hilton property during a recent trip through Youngstown and was very pleased. The parking lot was close, the room was large, clean and had all the amenities that you'd expect. I ate at the restaurant downstairs for dinner and had a great vegan meal (best one on the trip). Good stuff and my company card didn't feel a thing!

Very disappointed in the housecleaning. The sign in the room said to call down to request housekeeping for the room. We called at 11 am and were told we had to request bedsheet service 24 hours in advance. Very disappointed when the room costs $---

The room, service, and location are perfect the rooms are clean and modern with great service. The only things that i didn't like was they had no pool and you have to pay for breakfast. Those aren't that bad but the Hampton inn pervides all of these but cheaper so i probably wouldn't recommend this place but there isn't anything wrong with it
